ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Randall Young - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market & service the insurance and financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of insurance and financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their insurance and financial options. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals and offer insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use CRM to service customer needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
- Proven experience working as a customer service or financial services representative.
- Presentation skills
- Ability to connect and communicate well with others.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
