Dylan grew up in Bixby, OK. He has a passion for talking with customers about protecting what they own and cherish with life insurance options. He is a huge sports fan, especially baseball and the Red Sox. Away from work, Dylan loves spending time with and spoiling his wife, son and 2 dogs.

I have worked for Randall Young since 2010 and have 35 years of working experience with State Farm in different capacities.

My husband and I have one daughter and a new grandchild.

Jordan was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She enjoys connecting with new people and making sure that their insurance needs are met. She has a son and a house full of animals (furry and not). Jordan has a background in funeral planning and home lending, so she understands the importance of protecting your family, cars, home and financial future.

In her spare time, she can usually be found gardening, hiking, kayaking, spending time with friends and family, or looking for creatures with her son.

Victoria was born in Oklahoma and moved to Wisconsin at the age of 7 when her mother opened a State Farm Agency. Throughout her teen years she would help at her mother’s office. She got licensed immediately after high school, making her a 3rd generation family insurance professional. She moved back to Oklahoma in 2015 and joined the Randall Young team in 2023 bringing years of insurance knowledge. Victoria has a passion for helping others to understand their insurance coverage in order to fit their needs and budget. During her free time, she enjoys baking, supporting local shops, and spending time with her partner.

Crystal has happily settled in Oklahoma, having previously lived along the east coast and recently relocated from Texas. With 13 years of experience as a fundraising coordinator and area director, she leverages her skills to assist our customers in tailoring their protection to suit their specific needs, while ensuring they feel warmly embraced by our State Farm family. Crystal's deep commitment to her community is demonstrated through her volunteer work at local wildlife sanctuaries. So, if you happen to see her with a car full of lions, tigers, and bears, rest assured that she prioritizes risk management and life protection above all else.

Jodi, originally from Oklahoma, spent 15 years traveling across the U.S. as a military spouse before returning home to raise her three wonderful children. With over 20 years of experience in Property Management, she possesses a unique understanding of the specific needs involved in protecting the assets and financial future of both renters and landlords. Jodi is deeply committed to safeguarding our customers, working closely with them to manage everyday risks, recover from unexpected events, and realize their dreams. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her husband, outdoor activities in the sunshine, and traveling to visit her children and two beautiful grandchildren.
