"Jackie was a huge help! After accidentally loading incorrect mileage on our Drive & Save resulting in a much higher premium, she quickly had the records corrected & saw the resolution all the way to the finish line with our premium being reduced! We've been with this office many years & this is only one example of the fantastic customer care we've received through the years, including a storm damaged re-roof. "I have had State Farm as my personal carrier for years, so when my mother unexpectedly passed last summer, I was relieved to find out she carried with them - but with this Agent. Sadly though, when I had to file a claim for property damage, things went terribly wrong and this Agent's office was (and continues to be) absolutely no help at all. Understanding, as I have worked with agents for years, that agents cannot do anything about the claim itself - this Agent will not even advocate for their customers. In fact, when I first contacted this Agent's office to report the adjuster blatantly lied to me about coverage, instead of contacting his boss directly, they told him - and it just worsened from there! As it did, I continued to try and reach someone in claims to address my concerns and to report the harassing calls from the adjuster - all of which I reported to this Agent who did nothing except 'notate the file'. Then, when I took to the Oklahoma Ins Adjuster Licensing page to look up information for the claims manager I had been promised a call from for weeks, this Agent made false statements about how I obtained the information and filed a report / complaint about my own agents office!! Most recently, I had called them to simply ask if they would just request someone in claims to contact me and they just flat out said 'we want nothing to do with this'. When asked a question about coverage, they said they couldn't advise on how the coverages THEY SELL worked, I would need to call claims - claims said that the Agent should be able to advise on coverages and processes. They do not want anything to do with helping their customers when it comes to it, but were all too happy to inherit a policy that has literally been in place since 1996 and collect the premiums... including those where coverages increased and changed.... coverages that State Farm is now unwilling to pay anywhere close to... I did file a complaint with the State Ins Dept, The Attorney General, the BBB, as well as two or three other consumer agencies but will be posting reviews on several platforms about not just State Farm but this Agent! I hate to think how many have suffered damages in Oklahoma recently and what they must be going through right now. Hopefully their agents are more helpful than Mr. Young. I hope this Agent looses his license. No, that's too much, but do better for your customers."

We understand that the claims process can be challenging, especially in difficult times such as the loss of a loved one. Our aim is to provide excellent customer service during these moments. Regarding your specific concerns, we would like to address them accordingly. Firstly, we did respond to your numerous inquiries and contacted the claims department on your behalf multiple times. Once with claims, we understand that you may not have received the answers you wanted to hear or within the timeframe you wanted. But, please know that we made effort to assist you. Regarding your mention of false statements and a complaint against an agent, we want to clarify that we have no knowledge of any such incidents. These accusations are baffling. We have never made any false statements about you obtaining information, nor have we filed any complaints against an agent. We regret that you feel we have not been helpful in resolving your concerns. We would still like to extend our assistance for issues within our area of responsibility. For matters that fall under the claims department's responsibility, we will be happy to refer you to them for further assistance. "

"Houston, an associate with the Agency, called me and having gotten a quote from State Farm in the past, I didn't hold out much hope. Once we covered all the details I couldn't say 'yes' fast enough to the quote. I'm still numb that State Farm was able to do so well. we are signed up now with State Farm and as with my past, I won't be moving my insurance anytime soon. Houston was great in reviewing things and actually covered things that I was ignorant of, he helped explain some of the detail. I truly wish I'd known about Randall Young and his office sooner but it's likely best that we are where we are now. I can't say much about the personal touch that Houston offered with only having had 4 conversations but we were sold and we have switched our policy to State Farm. I had only used Farmers and Allstate in the past. The new 'pound sand' attitude most Insurance companies have about their customers, seems disheartening. And while we were looking to switch insurance companies, due to a rate increase, I began to feel like numbers to the bottom line. if that's the new reality, then I was in search of the place that makes me feel like a person instead of a liability (pun intended). I also have visited the office and the staff was pleasant and hellos came from everywhere. I have NOT once had that done for me since I first got insurance when I was 20yo. I'm alot older now. I'm sold, even though I have only had a few conversations with the Randall Young Insurance Agency. The more we accept a herd mentality of 'pound sand', the more the industry will treat us like that. This firm was not that. Thank you for being an oasis in the dull, dry, inaccessible attitudes of today's Auto and Home Insurance world. I'm glad Houston called me. We are his customers and customers of the Randall Young firm. Thank you."

"Very helpful, if I have a question they are easy to reach. They also have impeccable response time, I can ask a question and have answer with in minutes. When arriving at the office location it looked like a normal insurance agency, after being introduced to everyone on the team you notice they have a very postive culture and show compasion to the clients. I was super impressed while in the office but since starting my policy they have contiuned to make this a great rexperience. Once you find a company thats not just there for the job but also to help others manage life factors with less difficulty and share knowledgeable ways to save their own money, why would you switch? We wont be any time soon, we love the amazing service they provide."
