"Allstate wanted to keep raising me rates every 6 months and I just got a another vehicle, so I decided to shop around for a different insurance provider. I called around different places, but the most helpful person I contacted was from State Farm. Dylan Trudell helped set me up and was awesome at explaining everything I was paying for and what kind of coverage worked best for me. Overall a great experience."

"The office wanted to talk to my 86 year old mom without support so they could manipulate her. She is on a fixed income and her insurance is over her budget. Just wanted someone to listen and adjust what she can pay for."

Our primary goal is to ensure that all our clients, especially seniors, receive the utmost respect, protection, and personalized service. Your mother holds the rights to her insurance policies, and we are obligated to obtain her explicit permission before discussing any details or making coverage changes with third parties, including family members. This is a standard practice designed to protect her privacy and ensure her decisions are respected. We encourage our clients to involve family members in their insurance matters if they wish, but it must be with their consent. When you walked into our office and requested to discuss your mother's policy and premium, our team member appropriately indicated the need for your mother's permission to proceed. Unfortunately, the call to your mother went to voicemail, and we agreed that you would visit with her and then call back to set up a follow-up appointment together. During the subsequent appointment with your mother present, our objective was to listen, review coverages, and find a solution that fits her needs and budget. You demanded that we make her policy just like your policy. We understand that you wanted to align her policy with yours, but as your mother pointed out, her circumstances and house are different from yours. We can make changes to her policy, but the coverages & premiums would likely be different. Our team member aimed to explain the differences in Zillow home sales value vs. home reconstruction cost and also how claims are processed to help make informed decisions about coverage reductions. You decided to walk out. We regret that the process was not as swift as you hoped, but our priority is to ensure that all decisions are made with a clear understanding and in the best interest of our customers. Thank you for your feedback. "

"I've been working with Crystal since I called the office several weeks ago. My former insurance company was increasing the price by nearly 40% and a friend referred me to Crystal at this office. "It was time to adjust coverages and benefits on my 4 auto policies. I was fortunate to get VICTORIA, the most capable and pleasant lady on the phone to assist me. Victoria answered all my questions and was making suggestions to control my costs without losing benefits. "If I could give the Randall Young State Farm Insurance Agency 10 stars, I would. I am 71 years old and have never had an agent go line by line and explain what each item on the proposed coverage for my home and my vehicle means. I was searching for a different insurance carrier after the one I'd had since 2021 raised my home and auto premiums. I expected my house premium to go up because of all the disasters in our state in 2024. But I was shocked when my car insurance on my 2014 CRV went up by $44 a month. I have not made an auto claim since I was 19 years old. I carry full coverage on my vehicle despite having paid off my auto in 2020. When my agent and I finished comparing my current coverage to the proposed coverage with State Farm, I ended up with more coverage while saving money. I was also impressed with Dylan Trudell's knowledge of their company's products and his patience with me as I asked many questions. I was just not another number. At the end of our hour-long conversation, Dylan invited me to meet their team at their Tulsa, OK agency. I live in Claremore, OK. While on the phone, Dylan also explained the role of each agent and individual who works in their agency. I look forward to meeting them in a couple of weeks. If you are not happy with your current insurer, I urge you to reach out to the Randall Young State Farm Agency."
